Circa:, a band featuring Yes veterans Billy Sherwood, Tony Kaye and Alan White with Jimmy Haun on lead Guitar, just released their debut album, Circa: 2007. They've also launched a new website and a MySpace.
They will be playing their first official gig at the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano here in California, and will also be headlining at Rosfest, a 3 day progressive rock festival in Philadelphia, PA, on May 3, 2008.
You can buy the cd from them directly from their online store. This should definitely be interesting! I've liked Billy Sherwood since World Trade, and it'll be interesting to see what he and the other members, former Yes members and otherwise, come up with. There are a couple of songs available on their MySpace if you want to check it out before buying it, and it does sound like something any Yes fan would probably enjoy! |
