Apparently Dutch guitarist & composer Sander Gommans believes that "He who dies with the most toys wins," and has a personal quest to collect every possible piece of He-Man (Masters of the Universe) merchandise. So he's decided to visit the renowned Frank & Son Collectibles, a warehouse of vendors in the City of Industry frequented by the likes of Slayer's Kerry King and DIMMU BORGIR's Silenoz. And while he's there, along with lead singer Floor Jansen, they've decided to ask local fans to meet them outside the warehouse this Wednesday, August 1st between 2 and 3pm, and accompany them on their shopping spree, starting at 3pm.
So if you're in the area an feel like watching European musicians blow lots of money on old 80's TV merchandise, here's your chance! It's certainly different! If I wasn't flying out to New York the next day I might even consider it, but as it is chances are I'll be too busy.
